 | A well polished neighbourhood in Montvale that contain small but new houses that seemed to be recently built. They're cheaper compared to the houses on the other side of the neighbourhood. In the middle of the neighbourhood, there is a tall Apartment Complex and a lake that people often visit.

| 0 | 0 | |  | A small police station near Town Hall where the police work to make sure Montvale is a great place to live in. They're are a few jail cells as well as an Interrogation rooms inside the building to handle criminals.
| 0 | 0 | | | Located on the right side of Montvale, Granite Grove is the largest building in the city, with multiple classrooms containing each sorts of subjects, to normal classes like maths and English to more stranger classes like magic and dimension studies. If you are looking for an education in this city, then Granite is one of the few buildings that will provide it for you. You can enrol as a student, or take a faculty job.

Unlike Granite Grove, this university is smaller compared to the larger academy, with only a dozen rooms containing classrooms of different subjects. There is also a cafeteria and a lounge that students who are currently attending the school can go too to relax after a hard exam or just to hang out in general.
| 0 | 0 | | | A large hospital located at the middle of Montvale and probably the brightest building in the city due to the fact that it's never closed and is always busy on the clock since residents started appearing on the island again. If you're injured or in need for a check up then this is the place you should be going too.
| 0 | 0 | | | Near Granite Grove and Grapevine is a popular mall in Montvale that contains numerous shops. From the well known Heaven Cafe to clothes shops and a giant fountain of a centaur located the center of the mall.

Further down in the park is a large set of trees that overlook people who walk past them as well as a small pond where Ducks often sit at. The park is said to be named after someone named Clarice, who's fate remains unknown, but there is a plaque in the middle of the park written about her in front of a statue of a woman, presumably Clarice herself. But over the years the statue has been worn out and is slowly breaking apart.
| 0 | 0 | | | A large line of chalk that separates the busy streets of Montvale from the dangerous grounds of the Woods. Crossing this line will mean entering the Woods and facing the dangers from within the large forest.
| 0 | 0 | | | A large and dark mine shaft just on a small hill near the edge of Montvale. It is abandoned and it is advised not to enter due to the dangers that lurk within, from possible poison gas, the darkness, cave ins and maybe something even more dangerous then them.
